We will respond to emails within 7 business days. Orders are shipped once a week. A tracking number will be emailed to the email address supplied when you placed your order once your the order is complete/processed. Please verify that the email you provide is correct upon checkout. Shipping within the US can take up to 2 weeks.
We ship to a large number of countries around the world, but at this time we do not offer worldwide shipping. We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties charged to international orders by the receiving country. Please check with your country’s customs office if you have any concerns before ordering. Any import taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. International shipping can take 4-8 weeks.
If a package is returned to us due to customer error, such as a mistake in the Paypal address provided with the order, the recipient moving, or any reason beyond our control and responsibility, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
If there are any costs incurred due to the package being returned, the refund may also be subject to a restocking fee to cover any additional charges.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
Returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date the package was delivered. A fee of 5% may be applied to any returned items at our discretion. Returned items must be in new and unused condition and must include ALL original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Returns must include an invoice or information regarding the return. Returned items must have been purchased directly from the Malone Knives website. Returns should be sent with a copy of the original invoice and a detailed explanation of why the items are being returned:

Yes and no. While we are not a full on custom knife shop, we do offer a variety of customizable options for any of our currently offered knife models. You can choose handle materials, liners, hardware and blade finish. However, if you want a complete custom knife of your own design or a recreation of Crocodile Dundee’s “That’s a Knife“ blade, we’re not the right shop.

This is just a part time hobby, but we will do our best to have new products available each week.
Sheaths are not included as part of the knife purchase, but may be purchased separately if available. Make sure you choose the appropriate sheath for the specific knife model(s).
Currently all of our knives are made from high carbon steels. We use 1095 and 0-1 Tool Steel as well as Damascus.
We use calculated shipping through the United States Postal Service. Rates vary depending on what country we are shipping to. Calculated shipping costs are added to your order based upon your ship to address. These are the actual rates we are charged.
